Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our returns policy. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. 

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@misspot.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please be aware that the return shipping costs are to be covered by the customers. The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable unless the item is faulty.  Refunds will be paid back to the original debit card/credit card only.
