Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders over $80. Orders under $80 incur a flat shipping fee at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within NZ typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Rural addresses may take a little longer.

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we ship within New Zealand only. Follow us on Instagram @misspotnz to be the first to know if we expand internationally.

Orders & Payments

How do I use my discount code?
At checkout, enter your code (e.g. MISSPOT10 for 10% off your first order) in the discount code field and click Apply. The discount will be deducted from your order total automatically.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please contact us as soon as possible at our Contact Us page. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as Afterpay so you can pay in four interest-free instalments.

Products & Materials

What materials are your pots made from?
Our range includes ceramic, stoneware, terracotta, and macrame planters. Each product page lists the specific material so you know exactly what you're getting.

Are your pots suitable for outdoor use?
Most of our pots are designed for indoor use. Unless a product listing specifically states it is suitable for outdoor/weatherproof use, we recommend keeping them inside or in a sheltered spot.

Do the pots come with drainage holes?
Most of our ceramic and stoneware planters have drainage holes. This is noted in the product description — if you're unsure, feel free to reach out before ordering.

Plant Care & Pot Care

How do I clean my pot?
Wipe down with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking unglazed terracotta pots as prolonged water exposure can cause cracking. Glazed ceramics can be gently hand-washed.

Can I use the pots as direct planters?
Yes, if your pot has a drainage hole you can plant directly in it. If it doesn't, we recommend using it as a decorative outer pot (cachepot) with a plastic nursery pot inside.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details on how to start a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packing your order, but if something arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we'll sort it out for you right away.
