>All orders are shipped directly from our Christchurch warehouse. Orders processed here will take only 3-7 business days to arrive. North Island deliveries can take anywhere from 4-7 business days. South Island deliveries can take anywhere from 3-5 business days.

We use NZ Post and Aramex as our major logistic partners. We will send you the tracking details after we ship your orders.

All our pots and planters are handmade using clay and other mineral materials. They are just basic mineral materials that are taken from our Mother Earth. Unlike plastics which will take more than 450 years to decompose, our pots will break down into dust and become part of the soil.

Ceramic plant pots are generally low maintenance. To clean your pot, simply wipe it with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the surface.
