We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our returns policy. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

 

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@misspot.co.nz to obtain an Order Return Approval Number. After receiving an Order Return Approval Number, please place the item securely in its original packing and post your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven(7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
